These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Aurora Digital website and your engagement with our services. By accessing our site, accepting a proposal, paying an invoice, or otherwise instructing us to proceed, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services Provided
We provide digital systems and marketing services, including:
- Website Design
- Sales Pipelines & Automation
- Google Ads Management
- Meta Ads Management
- LinkedIn Lead Generation
- Email Outreach & Lead Generation
- Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
Our services are designed to create structured systems that attract, capture, and convert enquiries.
3. Engagement & Contract Agreement
By approving a proposal, paying a deposit, or instructing Aurora Digital to proceed, you confirm that you are authorised to enter into this agreement on behalf of your business.
Receipt of payment for any proposal will be treated as acceptance of that proposal and these Terms & Conditions.
Any work outside the agreed scope will be treated as additional work and quoted separately. We will not proceed without your approval.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide all required content, imagery, access credentials, and approvals in a timely manner
- Ensure all materials supplied are accurate, lawful, and properly licensed
- Respond to requests for feedback and approvals within reasonable timeframes
Delays in providing content or approvals may impact timelines.
A website is deemed complete once the agreed structure, design, and functionality have been delivered, regardless of delays in receiving client content.
5. Content, Copyright & Use of Materials
You are responsible for all content used within your website and marketing, including text, images, videos, and documents.
You confirm that you own or have permission to use all supplied materials.
Aurora Digital is not liable for any copyright, trademark, or legal disputes arising from materials provided by you.
Where we source assets, such as stock images, these are licensed for use within your project only and may not be resold or redistributed unless permitted.
6. Payments, Fees & Invoicing
6.1 Project Payments: Website Design & Development
- A 50% deposit is required to begin work
- The remaining balance is due on completion before the website goes live
- Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced
6.2 Recurring Services: Hosting, CRM & Marketing
Ongoing services are billed as recurring subscriptions.
- A minimum term of 3 months applies to all marketing and managed service subscriptions
- Payments are automatically collected via Stripe or other payment processors
- You are responsible for maintaining valid payment details
Failed payments may result in service interruption.
6.3 Invoices & Non-Payment
- Invoices are due within 7 days unless stated otherwise
- Late payment may result in suspension of services
- Persistent non-payment may lead to debt recovery or legal action
Until full payment is received, Aurora Digital retains ownership of all work and deliverables.
6.4 Additional Costs
Any additional tools, licences, or work outside the agreed scope will be quoted and approved in advance.
7. CRM Systems, Automations & Intellectual Property
Our CRM systems, including GoHighLevel, are provided as managed services.
While configured for your business:
- The underlying systems, automations, workflows, pipelines, and configurations remain the intellectual property of Aurora Digital
- These systems are non-transferable
If services are discontinued:
- You may request an export of your contact data
- The CRM system, build, and automation structure will not be transferred
8. Ownership of Work
Until full payment is received, Aurora Digital retains ownership of all designs, code, and materials.
After full payment:
- You are granted rights to use the final website and deliverables
- Third-party tools and licences remain subject to their own terms
We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio.
9. SEO, Ads & Performance
We may provide SEO, advertising, lead generation, outreach, and automation services. However, we do not guarantee rankings, leads, sales, enquiries, or specific results.
Performance depends on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, advertising platforms, search engines, client responsiveness, offer strength, budgets, and third-party platform performance.
Any examples of results are illustrative only.
10. Hosting, Security & Third-Party Access
Our hosting services include updates, maintenance, and backups, subject to provider terms.
While we take reasonable steps to secure systems, no system can be guaranteed to be fully secure or uninterrupted.
If your website is moved away from our hosting, we cannot guarantee performance, compatibility, or security.
If third parties are granted access to your systems, we cannot be held responsible for issues arising from their actions.
11. 30-Day Fix-It Guarantee
We guarantee that your website will function as agreed for 30 days after handover.
We will fix issues at no cost where:
- The issue is caused by our work
- No third-party changes have been made
12. Third-Party Services
We may integrate third-party platforms including Google services, Stripe, GoHighLevel, email marketing tools, analytics platforms, advertising platforms, hosting providers, and other business or marketing software.
These services are governed by their own terms and policies.
We are not responsible for their performance, pricing, or availability.
13. Credits & Promotion
We may include a small credit, such as “Website by Aurora Digital”, within your website.
This can be removed upon reasonable request.
We may also feature your project in our portfolio and marketing materials unless requested otherwise.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aurora Digital shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, business opportunity, or data.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
15. Cancellations & Refunds

16. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information shared during the course of the project.
17. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice.
Upon termination:
- Payment is required for all work completed
- Subscriptions continue until the end of the billing period
- Access to systems may be withdrawn once obligations are met
18. Price Adjustments
Subscription fees may be adjusted annually by 3% or CPI, whichever is higher.
Supplier cost increases may also be passed on with reasonable notice.
19. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.
We will take reasonable steps to maintain access to systems during such events.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
21. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
