Refunds & Cancellation Policy - Aurora Digital

Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: April 25, 2026

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which Aurora Digital offers refunds or accepts cancellations for its services. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. General Policy

Aurora Digital provides digital services that involve custom strategy, setup, design, development, and system configuration.

Due to the time, expertise, and resources involved, payments are generally non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Cancellations

2.1 Before Work Begins

If you cancel before any work has commenced, a full refund may be issued at our discretion.

2.2 After Work Has Begun

Once work has started (including research, planning, design, development, account setup, or onboarding), refunds are not guaranteed.

In some cases, a partial refund may be considered based on the amount of work completed at the time of cancellation.

2.3 Ongoing Services & Subscriptions

Ongoing services (including hosting, CRM, marketing services, and automation systems) are provided on a recurring subscription basis.

  • A minimum term of 3 months applies to all marketing and managed service subscriptions
  • Cancellation requires 30 days’ written notice prior to the next billing cycle
  • Services already delivered or in progress are non-refundable

Subscriptions will continue until the end of the applicable billing period.

3. Refunds

Refunds are not guaranteed and are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Work that has been completed and delivered
  • Strategy, planning, setup, or configuration work already undertaken
  • Delays caused by the client (e.g. missed meetings, slow content delivery, lack of communication)
  • Results that do not meet subjective expectations

We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as rankings, traffic, leads, or conversions.

4. CRM & System Dependencies (GoHighLevel)

Our websites and marketing systems are designed to work in conjunction with our CRM platform (GoHighLevel).

If you cancel your CRM subscription:

  • Key features such as forms, chat widgets, pipelines, automation workflows, and lead tracking may no longer function
  • Your system may require reconfiguration to work with alternative platforms

Any such reconfiguration or migration work will be quoted separately.

No refunds will be issued for loss of functionality resulting from the cancellation of CRM or related services.

5. Payments & Billing Periods

Subscription payments are billed in advance and are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started.

No partial refunds will be provided for unused time within a billing period.

6. How to Cancel or Request a Refund

To cancel a service or request a refund, please contact us at:

Email: success@auroradm.co.uk

Please include your name, business name, service details, and reason for cancellation. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

7. Changes to This Policy
